Ms. Yang is the Managing Partner of EY Beijing and the Government & Infrastructure Market Segment Leader for EY Greater China. She currently serves as a Global Council member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a PPP expert committee member of the Ministry of Finance, Chairperson of the Government Service Committee of the Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Guest Professor and Corporate Mentor for MPAcc students at both the Renmin Business School of Renmin University of China and the School of Accounting at the Central University of Finance and Economics. She previously served consecutive terms as a review board member for the 4th and 5th sessions of the CSRC's M&A Restructuring Examination Committee (2012-2016) and was a member of the Ministry of Finance's Government Accounting Government Accounting Standards Advisory Committee (2016-2022).
