1. 我们如何在您参赛过程中收集和使用您的个人信息
在您参加2026年ACCA全国就业力X未来商业创想大赛（JHC2026）期间，我们可能会收集和使用您的以下个人信息:
为了您能够顺利参加比赛 ，ACCA在您本次表示同意后，会收集您的个人信息如：姓名、性别、邮箱、电话号码、出生日期、学校、年级、专业以及您的学历。我们将在您参赛期间，通过表格和邮件的方式收集您的个人信息。To enable your smooth participation in the competition, ACCA, upon your consent this time, will collect your personal information such as name, gender, email address, phone number, date of birth, school, grade, major, and your educational background. We will collect your personal information via forms and emails during your participation. 如果您成功晋级区域决赛和全国总决赛 ，ACCA在您本次表示同意后，会安排专人相应收集您的敏感个人信息：如身份证号码，用于购买出行意外险、安排住宿交通等参赛相关的用途；如照片和视频（包括个人提供及决赛现场主办方安排的摄影摄像获取的相关影像资料），用于ACCA及大赛合作伙伴官方媒体宣传（包括但不限于赛事期间及赛事后的各类成果展示性的宣传）。If you successfully advance to the regional finals and national finals, ACCA, upon your consent this time, will arrange for dedicated personnel to correspondingly collect your sensitive personal information: such as ID number, for purposes related to participation such as purchasing travel accident insurance and arranging accommodation and transportation; such as photos and videos (including those provided by you personally and those obtained by photography/videography arranged by the organizer at the finals venue), for official media publicity by ACCA and competition partners (including but not limited to various types of promotional displays of achievements during and after the competition period).
2. 我们如何在参赛过程中储存和保护您的个人信息
在本声明中规定提供的服务或相关其他目的所需的时间内，我们将依据我们的政策留存您的个人信息，如：姓名、性别、邮箱、电话号码、出生日期、学校、年级、专业以及您的学历。您的个人信息一旦被收集，将会被储存在中华人民共和国境内及ACCA UK的主要信息系统上。若因以满足相关需求而要将您的个人信息储存位置从中国境内转移到境外，我们将严格遵守相关的数据隐私法律法规。In this statement, for the duration required to provide the services specified or for related other purposes, we will retain your personal information, such as name, gender, email address, phone number, date of birth, school, grade, major, and your educational background, in accordance with our policies. Once collected, your personal information will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China and on ACCA UK's primary information systems. If it becomes necessary to transfer the storage location of your personal information from within China to outside China to meet relevant needs, we will strictly comply with applicable data privacy laws and regulations.

3. 我们如何在参赛过程中共享您的个人信息
我们可能会在大赛使用的第三方服务提供商北森云计算有限公司企业账户平台存储您的个人信息，如：姓名、性别、出生年、邮箱、学历，留存期限为180天。一旦期满，北森云计算有限公司将按约定相应删除所有存储的信息。We may store your personal information, such as name, gender, year of birth, email, and educational background, on the enterprise account platform of our third-party service provider for this competition, Beisen Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., with a retention period of 180 days. Upon expiration, Beisen Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. will correspondingly delete all stored information as agreed.

For individuals not located within the UK, your information will be stored on ACCA's primary information systems located in the EU, and may be accessed by your local ACCA office in your country/region of residence. ACCA primarily processes information within the EU, but may also transfer data outside the EU as part of its operational and service delivery needs, with the expectation of assisting you in subsequently starting your ACCA learning journey if interested, or obtaining direct referral opportunities for quality internship/job positions.
另外，为满足您可能对从事财会职业的兴趣或有意了解更多关于ACCA的信息需求，ACCA在您本次表示同意并收集个人信息后，可能会向您发送关于行业新闻、热点活动、职业技巧和其他与ACCA资格或本人相关的资讯，如电子版ACCA注册指南（中文版），附有注册指南的官方邮件，ACCA月度出刊的电子杂志，以及可能与您相关的辅助性信息或活动邀请；并可能按需共享您的个人信息至ACCA授权合作伙伴，您可能会接到来自ACCA及ACCA授权合作伙伴的电话咨询服务以帮助后续继续了解ACCA的学习。Furthermore, to address your potential interest in pursuing a finance/accounting career or your desire to learn more about ACCA, ACCA, after your consent this time and collection of personal information, may send you information about industry news, hot events, career tips, and other information related to ACCA qualifications or yourself, such as the electronic version of the ACCA Registration Guide (Chinese version), official emails containing the registration guide, ACCA's monthly electronic magazine, and possibly related auxiliary information or event invitations; and may share your personal information with ACCA authorized partners as needed. You may receive telephone consultation services from ACCA and ACCA authorized partners to help you further understand ACCA learning in the future.
对于已添加ACCA企业微信的用户，也表示您已同意ACCA帮助您把您此次注册录入的个人信息同步到您的ACCA企业微信用户数据，以使得我们的企业微信客户服务可以更好地设置和提供匹配的服务以契合您的个人需求。For users who have already added ACCA's Enterprise WeChat, this also indicates your consent for ACCA to help synchronize your personally registered information this time into your ACCA Enterprise WeChat user data, so that our Enterprise WeChat customer service can better configure and provide services matching your personal needs.
4. 您在参赛过程中对您的个人信息享有的权利
ACCA重视对您的个人信息的保护，ACCA将按照最小必要性原则谨慎处理您的个人信息。您在此次参赛期间所被要求提供的个人信息，均是参赛的标准程序。您的个人信息将被严格限定仅用于实现大赛的相关活动及上述提及的为实现目的所实施的活动。ACCA values the protection of your personal information and will handle it prudently in accordance with the principle of minimal necessity. The personal information you are required to provide during this competition is part of the standard competition procedures. Your personal information will be strictly limited to use for implementing competition-related activities and the activities mentioned above for achieving the purposes.

四、AI测评与评审相关个人信息的附加隐私声明
1. 处理目的与范围
为提供AI智能测评与评审服务，在您参与本赛事AI测评环节期间，我们将在获得您的单独同意后，收集并使用您的照片、视频等生物识别信息作为敏感个人信息，专用于AI模型分析与评委评审，以评估您的表现并给出相应反馈。To provide AI-based assessment and evaluation services, during your participation in the AI assessment stage of this competition, we will, upon obtaining your separate consent, collect and use your photos, videos and other biometric information as sensitive personal information, solely for the purpose of AI model analysis and judge evaluation, to assess your performance and provide corresponding feedback.
2. 数据存储与位置
上述敏感个人信息将存储于本次大赛授权供应商北森云计算有限公司位于中华人民共和国境内的服务器中，不会出境存储。我们承诺在服务目的达成后，在合理期限内删除或匿名化处理该类信息。The aforementioned sensitive personal information will be stored on servers located within the territory of the People’s Republic of China operated by authorized suppliers of this competition, and will not be stored overseas. We commit to deleting or anonymizing such information within a reasonable period after the service purposes have been fulfilled.
3. 安全保护措施
我们将对上述敏感个人信息采取加密存储、访问控制、操作审计等技术与管理措施，防止信息泄露、篡改或丢失，并严格限制访问权限，确保仅赛事评审所需人员及系统在必要范围内使用。We will adopt technical and administrative measures such as encrypted storage, access control, and operation audit for the aforementioned sensitive personal information to prevent leakage, alteration, or loss, and strictly limit access to ensure that only personnel and systems necessary for competition evaluation use it within the required scope.
4. 您的权利
您有权撤回对本条所述敏感个人信息处理的同意。撤回同意后，我们将不再处理相应信息，但请注意，撤回可能影响您参与AI测评及后续赛程的资格。You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of sensitive personal information described in this section. After withdrawal, we will cease processing the relevant information; however, please note that withdrawal may affect your eligibility to participate in the AI assessment and subsequent stages of the competition.
