Mr. Luo currently serves as Executive Vice President of Baidu Group. He joined Baidu in November 2021, previously holding the position of Chief Financial Officer, and rotated to his current role in October 2024. Prior to joining Baidu, Mr. Luo served as Chief Financial Officer of TAL Education Group. He holds dual bachelor's degrees in management and economics from Peking University, a Doctorate in Management from Peking University, and a master's degree in management from Tsinghua University.
