Mr. Li holds a master's in accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics. He is currently the Chairman of Grant Thornton China and the Chief Partner of Grant Thornton Certified Public Accountants. He serves as a Second and Third Term Consulting Expert for the Ministry of Finance's Government Accounting Standards Committee, was a member of the CSRC's 6th Listing Commission M&A Restructuring Examination Committee, is a standing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Vice President of the Beijing Institute of CPAs, a senior member of CICPA, and a Senior Accountant.
