Mr. Liu holds a postgraduate qualification and a master's degree in accounting. He is a Senior Accountant and currently serves as Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee, Chief Accountant, and General Counsel of China National Chemical Engineering Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd (CNCEC). Since starting his career in 1988, he has long been engaged in finance and compliance management. From July 2019, he has served as Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee of China National Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of China National Chemical Engineering Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., leading the promotion of business-finance integration and financial digital transformation.
